FinTech Fusion Pty Ltd (ABN 80 638 820 854) ("FinTech Fusion," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information collected through our website, www.fintechfusion.com.au
This policy is intended to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website's contact form, we collect:
• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
We do not collect any other personal information through our website unless you provide it to us directly (for example, in the free-text message field of the contact form).
Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam submissions. Google may collect additional information as part of this service. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policyand Terms of Service for details on how Google handles this data. This use is outside our control and governed entirely by Google's own policies.
In addition, our website is hosted on GoDaddy's platform, which automatically collects certain technical information from all visitors — such as IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers — for security monitoring, spam and malware detection, and platform performance. GoDaddy also scans incoming form submissions and any attachments for viruses and malware before routing them to us. This infrastructure-level processing is carried out by GoDaddy as part of operating the website and is governed by GoDaddy's Global Privacy Notice.
2. Why We Collect This Information
We collect your name, phone number, and email address primarily to respond to your enquiry and contact you about the products or services you've asked about.
With your consent, we may also use this information to keep you informed about other FinTech Fusion products, services, or updates we believe may be relevant to you. We will only do this if you opt in to receive such communications — for example, via a checkbox on our contact form or a similar clear consent mechanism.
If you receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the communication, or by contacting us directly using the details in Section 9. We will action opt-out requests promptly, in line with our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles.
3. How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Your information may be accessed by FinTech Fusion staff or contractors directly involved in responding to your enquiry. We do not disclose your information to any other third party except:
• Where required by law
• Where necessary to protect our legal rights
• With your explicit consent
Our website host, GoDaddy, acts as our data processor for the information submitted through our contact form — meaning FinTech Fusion remains the owner and controller of your contact details, while GoDaddy processes and stores this information on our behalf strictly to provide, maintain, and secure the website (for example, routing form emails and maintaining our inbox records). GoDaddy states that it does not sell, rent, or lease personal data to third parties.
We do not currently have any third-party integrations (such as Google Sheets, a CRM, or webhooks) linked to our contact form. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Submissions made through our contact form are stored directly within our GoDaddy account — accessible to us via the Conversations/Inbox and Customers/Connections areas of our GoDaddy dashboard. In addition, a copy of each submission is automatically forwarded by email to our designated business email address.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including relying on GoDaddy's platform-level security measures (such as malware and spam scanning of incoming submissions).
5. Data Retention
We retain the personal information collected through our contact form only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of the interaction, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
6. Access and Correction
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request correction if it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 9 below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website, built and hosted on GoDaddy's Website Builder platform, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site and understand how visitors use it. This includes:
• Essential cookies required for the website and contact form to function correctly.
• Analytics cookies, which help us understand website traffic and visitor behaviour (for example, which pages are visited and how) so we can improve the site over time.
These cookies may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing activity on our site. This data is used in aggregate to understand website performance and is not used to personally identify you.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website, including the contact form.
8. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we've handled your personal information, you can contact us at info@fintechfusion.com.au. We will investigate and respond to your complaint promptly.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):
